Terms of Service

Last updated 3 October 2026. These terms apply while Aevora is in private beta and will be replaced before general availability.

1. What Aevora does

Aevora is an automated testing service. When you give it a web address (a “target app”), it opens that app in an isolated browser, explores it, and produces a report of problems it observed. You decide which apps to test and when.

2. Only test what you’re allowed to test

You may only point Aevora at apps you own or have clear permission to test. Aevora is read-only by default: it blocks requests that would change data in the target app. If you turn on agent sign-up, Aevora creates one test account in the target app using its own email inbox; you confirm you are authorised to allow that. Agent sign-up is never available for apps you mark as Production.

3. Beta service

The service is provided “as is” during the beta. Findings can be incomplete or wrong; they are evidence to review, not a guarantee that an app is or isn’t working. We may change, limit or pause the service, and limits such as runs per day or test identities per plan may change.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that test apps without permission or that abuse the service.

5. Content and reports

Reports, screenshots and findings generated for your runs belong to you. If you share a report link, anyone with that link can view it until you turn the link off. We may use anonymised, aggregated information about how checks perform (for example, how often a type of finding is marked “useful”) to improve the service.

6. Fees

The private beta is free. If paid plans are introduced, pricing will be shown before you are charged, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aevora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the beta, including decisions made on the basis of a report.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms: reply to the message that brought you your beta invite. A dedicated support address will be added before public launch.

This draft is written in plain language for the beta and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
